The challenge

Training needs analysis highlighted a real demand for resilience in the senior leadership team of 120. 

Any solution had to pay a high return for any time investment, have high impact and meet the needs of a demanding audience who were regularly exposed to various leadership development investment from the organisation.

How we helped

120 leaders attended a bespoke modular Resilient Leader programme. Cohorts were staggered to allow operational flexibility and benchmarks were obtained. 

All leaders were profiled to understand their personal stance to navigate change and risk before exploring habits, beliefs and behaviour. Everyone had full access to online and app-based resources.

From day one leaders began implementing their new resilience skills and passing them down to junior managers and supervisors. 

The company have seen dramatic shifts in attrition and an associated uplift in engagement scores. All outcomes were measured against a control group and leaders reported changes in the business across the whole division. De-briefs and measurement also showed:
