National Trust: Qo2 & Stress
Thank you for joining us today as we explored how resilience skills can support you to work smarter, feel happier & live better.
The skills are deliberately straightforward and actionable; with practice, you can build them into your daily life.

- Choose any of the other resilience skills and experiment with them. Continue to pick and mix as and when you can.
The skills may take time to develop. Pick the ones that resonate with you now. You can always return to experiment with others at a later date.

We all interpret and respond to change differently. Some people are excited by change whilst others appear resistant and overwhelmed. Understanding the many different perspectives, emotions and responses to change in ourselves and those around us, brings people together, makes people feel understood and builds energy for change.
